Design of SVK

Inspired by the pieces of documents of the Bazaar-NG, I'm going to braindump the designs for particular svk features and their respective implementation status. You are also encouraged to read and compare the bazaar-ng notes, as lots of svk's mentality are extremely similar to MartinPool's.
